# Bigcommerce store  (Real time quantity sync)

### Requirements

Bigcommerce Store (Real-Time Quantity Sync) pulls the quantity from a main Bigcommerce store or Shopify store and updates it instantly in another store (sub-store). It keeps inventory aligned without manual updates.
* Main store installs syncX: Stock Sync (free plan is sufficient).
* Sub-store requires a **paid plan** for one-way sync.
* Two-way sync requires **paid plans on both stores**.

||| Supported Data: Real-time sync supports Quantity only.
||| Real-time sync triggers only when quantity changes occur in the main store.


### Setup Instructions

1. In **Create New Feed**, select **Update Existing Products in Store**.
2. Select **Bigcommerce Store (Real Time Quantity Sync)** and confirm.
3. Enter your **BigCommerce Store Hash from your Source URL**. Example: In [https://store-`yyej9xtmg6`.mybigcommerce.com/](https://store-yyej9xtmg6.mybigcommerce.com/), yye-j9xtmg6 is the Store Hash.
4. Enter your store's access token. [See this help document for instructions](https://help.stock-sync.com/en/article/where-can-i-get-bigcommerce-api-path-and-api-token-v94lpm/).
5. Proceed to **Matching Column (Step 2)** — fields are auto-mapped.
6. Click **Next** until the feed details page. Then activate the feed by clicking on **Activate real-time sync**.
