**Do Shopify products have to be uploaded to Stock Sync before I can use Stock Sync to update/manage them?**

* The answer is **NO**. You do not have to upload the product using Stock Sync to update it.

* With Stock Sync you are not forced to use the features that you do not want.

* You can choose to either import  or update only or both with Stock Sync.
