How can I create an account if my PrestaShop domain is invalid?

If you receive an "invalid domain" error when creating an account, the issue may be caused by your PrestaShop API key rather than your domain. PrestaShop requires a 32‑character alphanumeric Webservice API key with no dashes. If your key appears in UUID format (with dashes), it will be rejected and prevent the account from being created.

Generate a new PrestaShop API key that meets the required format, then try creating your account again. If the issue persists, share your Webservice key with support so they can run a test on their end.
