# How do I connect my Shopify to Bigcommerce store?

||| Shopify store connection Limitations: Issues and Solutions
||| (a) Removing an image in Shopify won’t remove it in BigCommerce → To remove all, clear the image field.
||| (b) Tags don’t sync automatically → Reset the entire tag field if you add/remove tags.
||| (c) Syncing all locations → Create one feed per location

4. Go to Create New Feed > Choose **Add a new product** (to add new products to your store or **Update existing products** (to update the inventory of products added to your store).

5. Search for **Shopify store (require stock sync app) connection** and click **Confirmation** You will see the screenshot below:

6. After installing syncX: Stock Sync, enter the public token found in your **Bigcommerce store account's Manage Account**.

7. To connect to specific products in the specified locations, please click on the **Add Param** to input it.

| For example, to add the **location_id** -> XXXXXXXXXX (see [How to get location_id](https://help.stock-sync.com/en/article/is-there-a-way-to-filter-by-location-for-shopify-store-to-store-1urzgk1/)).
