# How does syncX: Stock Sync pricing and billing work?

### 1. Credits (For Adding New Products)

* Use the **"Add New Products"** feed (highlighted in yellow) to add new products.
* **1 credit = 1 successfully added product**.
* The number of available credits is displayed on the **Feed Detail page**.
* If a product addition encounters an issue, you can **revert** it, and the credits will be **restored** for reuse.
* Imported products will **remain in your store** even if the Stock Sync app is uninstalled.
* Credits start at **just $0.01 per credit**.

### 2. Monthly plan (For Continuous Product Updates & Export)

* Update Existing Products feed (marked purple) updates inventory quantities, prices and, etc.
* Matches existing variants based on **SKU or barcode** and updates them automatically.
* Export products feed (marked green) export to other destinations. 
* **No credits are required** for the updates and everything is covered under the **monthly** plan.

### Additional details about monthly plans:
* The plan is based on how many update feeds you need, the total number of products included, and how often the feed should run.
* Scheduling automation allows updates to run automatically.
* The highest update frequency available is **every 1 hour**.

### Examples of common plan configurations
* $10/month: Expert Plan with **1 update feed**, **5000 product limit**, **2 automated syncs per day**.
* $17/month: **3 update feeds**, **1500 product limit**, **1 automated sync per day**.
* $31/month: **4 update feeds**, **5000 product limit**, **2 automated syncs per day**.
