The syncX: Stock Sync app **14-day trial period**, allowing you to explore its features at no cost. If you need more time to complete testing or setup, you may request a trial extension.

If you need more time to complete your testing or setup, you may request a **trial extension**. In most cases, support can grant an additional 14-day extension upon request. During an extended trial, you can run the tests you need, including preview synchronization, before subscribing. Extensions may vary depending on your needs—for example, support may extend your trial period again or temporarily increase your product limit so you can continue testing before subscribing.

Please note: The trial period cannot be paused, but you may request an extension once you are ready to continue testing.

**What happens when the trial ends?**
When your 14‑day trial ends, you can either subscribe to any paid plan or continue using the **Free Plan**. The Free Plan allows you to keep using Add feeds to import products (credits required for importing), but **Update feeds** for inventory or price updates require a paid subscription.
