Learn how to use Shopify Flow conditions and syncX: Stock Sync integration to automatically tag, archive, or delete products missing from external product feeds. ||| Not applicable to legacy users --- ## How to Set Up Stock Sync Workflows Go to **Shopify Admin** → **Apps** → **Flow** → Click **Browse template**. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/2/1/9/b219050a5836c000/screenrecording2026-10-15at119_z8qbvz.gif) 1. **Create Workflow**: Click **Create workflow** to browse templates and search for **Stock Sync**. 2. **Choose Option**: Select the template you need to install. 3. **Turn On Workflow**: Review the triggers and configurations, then toggle the status to **Active**. | Configure your workflow conditions carefully to prevent unintended actions on valid store items. --- ## Enabling or Disabling Shopify Flow Integration in Stock Sync You can easily pause or resume all Shopify Flow workflows directly within the Stock Sync app settings. Products with only partial missing variants are skipped. ### 2. Ensure you have backed up product data before enabling this flow action. --- ## Advanced Condition Setup: Filter by Profile ID If you run multiple Stock Sync feeds, you can add a condition step to ensure actions only execute for specific feed profiles.
