# How to manage duplicate SKUs with multiple vendors?

**Question:** 
 
I have multiple vendors for the same product, but each vendor uses their own unique SKU. So, I need to set up multiple SKUs for the same product for inventory updating.

 
**Solution:**

We can suggest having this option of **SKU + Vendor**. So you may set duplicate SKUs with different Vendor Names.  
  
Now the SKUs are no longer duplicates because they have the vendor appended to them.

If different suppliers use completely different SKUs for the same product, Stock Sync will treat them as separate products. In this case, you may:
• Map products using a combination of SKU + Brand/Vendor if this identifier exists in your feed.
• Use a filter to exclude products from certain suppliers to avoid duplicates if combining fields is not possible.
