# How to set Compare at Price or Cost Field as blank instead of a numerical value?

To set the **Compare at Price** or **Cost** field as blank instead of a numerical value in **syncX: Stock Sync**, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **Matching Column** section.
2. Locate the **Compare at Price** or **Cost** field.
3. Under **Smart Settings**, enable **"Set store value to blank when feed value is blank (value zero is not blank)."**

**Note:** It is *not* currently possible to set the Compare at Price field to blank when the feed value is **zero**. Only truly blank/empty feed values can be converted to blank in the store.
