# How to set up Zoho Auto-Forwarding?

Zoho Mail does this with a filter that forwards matching emails. There are two parts: add and verify the forwarding address, then create the filter. The menu names below may differ slightly depending on your Zoho version.

**Step 1: Add and verify the forwarding address**

1. Click the gear icon (Settings) in Zoho Mail.
2. Go to **Mail Accounts** > General > **Forwards**
3. Under **Email Forwarding**, enter the address you want to forward to and click **Add**
4. Enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
5. Get the email address from the Stock Sync email connection feed in the **Step 1 Feed Manager's** Receive email field, and enter it in the forwarding address.

6. Zoho sends a verification code or link to that address. Open it and confirm. The address has to be verified before filters can use it.

**Step 2: Create the filter for specific subjects**

1. Go to **Settings** > **Filters** > **Add Filter**.
2. Name the **filter**, such as "Stock Sync".
3. Under Conditions, choose **Subject** and **contains** (or *is*, *starts with*, and so on), then type the keyword or phrase.
4. To match several subjects, add more conditions and choose **Any** (match any one condition) or **All** (must match every condition). You can also add conditions like **From** to narrow it down.
5. Under actions, choose **Forward to** and pick your verified address.
6. Optionally add extra actions, like moving the email to a folder, applying a label, or marking it as read.
7. Save the filter.
