# How to set up multiple feeds to sum up quantity ?

This guide shows how to configure **multiple feeds** so their quantity values combine into a single total.

Key rule to remember:

* The first feed must use the **Overwrite existing quantity** option (the default) in the Quantity field’s smart settings.

* **All additional feeds** must be set to **Add/Deduct with existing quantity (+)**

* Enable a **daily schedule for all three feeds**. Set the **first feed to run earliest**, with the other **two running afterward in sequence**.

Following this ensures the total quantity is calculated correctly without overwriting or duplicating counts.

If additional feeds stay on **overwrite** **existing quantity**, they will overwrite the first feed’s values, causing total quantities to be wrong.

Using **Add/Deduct with existing quantity** for following feed ensures each new feed contributes correctly to the final sum.
