# How to turn on automatic forwarding in Outlook for Stock Sync?

To enable the notification to send to your preferred email. Need to perform a quick setup.

1. Open the syncX: Stock Sync app. 

2. On the left navigation bar, go to **Notification**.

3. Type in your preferred email in the **Notification Email** field.

4. In Outlook, select **Settings** at the top.

5. Select **Email** > **Forwarding**. 

6. To enable **forwarding**, turn on the forwarding switch, enter the **email address**, and **save**.

||| Steps vary depending on your Outlook for Windows version. If you see "File" on the ribbon, you're using Classic Outlook; otherwise, you're using New Outlook. || Outlook may block email forwarding due to outbound spam filter policies. In such cases, the sender will receive a non-delivery report (NDR) indicating the blocked automatic forwarding as below information: `Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)` Contact your organization to check on this issue.
