# I keep getting the error: "Bundles are not compatible with this store"

The image above shows an error on the Shopify admin product page, indicating a problem with the Bundle app. It seems that the products were imported using the Bundles app, which is not compatible with the store and is causing the error.

  
**Reason**

*   Imported products using any Bundle app which not supported. 
  
**Solution**

*    Remove incompatible bundle products imported using unsupported app.
*    You can utilize the Shopify bundle app https://apps.shopify.com/shopify-bundles
