# I keep getting the error: "Failed.  Response code = 500.  Response message = Internal Server Error.."

**Reason:**

This error indicates that some of the variant options have blank titles.  

**Solution:**

* Please remember to disable the auto-sort option in the variant group extra settings. **Variant Group > Extra Setting > Disable Auto Sort** 
* Please re-import the product, and the error should not occur.
