# I keep getting the error: "Feed file empty"

After running the feed, there is an error showing that the **feed file is empty.** Then, Stock Sync could not access the feed. As can seen the error from the below picture:

**Reason**

*   The feed that trying to run is empty.
*   There is no file detected in the Stock Sync.

 **Solution**

*   It is due to the details inserted in the Stock Sync.
*   To enable the feed, please check again every detail that is inserted.
