# I keep getting the error: "File not found. Please check file name "

Based on the error above, it shows that the feed file name that was specified can't be found.

  
**Reason**

*   The Path or the Filename is incorrect or no longer valid.    
*   The system cannot detect the file's directory path with the path entered. Required to specify the same path as the feed file's path.


**Solution**

*   Please make sure that you have entered the right Path or Filename.
*   Ask the supplier or system manager to get the correct details on the path.
