# I keep getting the error: "The file is not supported on trial accounts."

Process cant run because not supported on Shopify trial accounts. You will need to subscribe one of the store to a paid plan on Shopify in order to resolve the error.
  
**Reason**

* Shopify store plan is not on a paid plan, so it couldn't update from syncX: Stock Sync.  

**Solution**

* Please upgrade one of your sub-stores to a paid plan in Shopify and rerun the process to see the outcome.
