# No Failed. Response code = 502. Response message = Bad Gateway (Error)

The error **No Failed. Response code = 502. Response message = Bad Gateway.** occurs when the feed file contains too many images that exceed a certain limit. 

The error is caused by Shopify. Shopify downloads the images too fast causing the image server to 1 down.


**Solution:**

We recommend reducing the number of images needed to import or just trying a few times (sometimes this works).
