Squarespace store (require Stock Sync app)
If you are dropshipping from another store (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix, Square, or Squarespace) into your Squarespace store, follow the steps below.
- Ensure both the source store and your Squarespace store have syncX: Stock Sync installed.
- Ask the source (dropshipper) store to install Stock Sync, as they are the one providing product or inventory data.
- A paid plan is not required for the source store.
- The Free plan is sufficient.
Once installed, request the Public Token from the source store’s Manage Account section.

Setting up in the destination store:
- Go to Set Up New Feed, then choose:
- Add a new product (to add new products to your Squarespace store)
- Update existing products (to update inventory or other fields)
- Search for Squarespace store (require syncX: Stock Sync app) and click Confirm.
- You should see a screen similar to the one below:

- Enter the Public Token provided by the source store.
- To sync data from a specific location or apply connection parameters, click Add Param and enter the required value.

Store-to-store connection limitations and how to handle them:
(a) When an image is removed in the source store, it will not be automatically removed in the destination store
→ Enable Clear all images in the Image field to reset images
(b) Tags added or removed in the source store are not auto-removed
→ Enable Reset all tags in the Tag field
