What does Stock Sync do for Amazon inventory management?

Stock Sync supports Amazon inventory management by generating an Amazon Warehouse–formatted export file and sending it via email. It does not update Amazon directly through SP‑API or API feeds.

You can fully automate the process by scheduling Stock Sync to export the file at regular intervals and emailing it automatically. If you set up an email-forwarding rule so the exported file is forwarded to Amazon’s warehouse inbox, Amazon will process the feed and update your inventory accordingly. This workflow requires no manual uploads as long as email forwarding is automated.
