# What should I do if I encounter a server error when accessing Stock Sync?

If you see a server error when trying to access Stock Sync, first try refreshing the page or logging in again using another browser or device. You can also test from a different internet connection to rule out local network issues.

If the error persists across multiple devices or networks, the issue may be on our side. In that case, contact Stock Sync support with a screenshot of the error. Our team will investigate and, if needed, deploy a fix. Once resolved, you may be asked to log in again to confirm everything is working.
