# What should I do if my product variants are not being checked in SyncX?

If some variants are not being checked by SyncX, first look at the **Not In Feed** log within your Update feed. This log lists unmatched variants that SyncX could not find in the source file. If the log is empty, the feed may not have run or the feed may have reached its limit.

If your account has reached the maximum number of feeds allowed by your plan, additional variants cannot be checked until you increase your plan limit and create a new feed. After upgrading, create or enable the necessary feed and rerun the update to include the missing variants.
