# Why is my WooCommerce store showing the error "Store server overload. Please retry or upgrade web hosting"?

When running a feed, the following error may appear: "Store server overload. Please retry or upgrade web hosting"

||| This error does NOT come from Stock Sync. It indicates a server overload issue on the WooCommerce (WordPress) hosting environment.


###### Reason

The WordPress server is unable to handle the request while the feed is running. This usually happens when:
* Server resources are limited  
* The hosting environment is outdated  
* Too many products are queried at the same time

As a result, the server times out before the feed can complete.


###### Solution

There are two options that can be considered:

1. Upgrade the WordPress server resources with the hosting provider  
* Increase CPU, memory, or execution limits  
* Recommended for large catalogs or frequent syncs  

2. Reduce the number of products processed in the feed  
* Apply filters to limit the products being queried
