# Why can’t I add a new Search Store Field?

If the **Add more field** option is disabled, it means that no additional Search Store Fields are available for the selected setup.
This can happen when:
* **Real-time Sync is being used** – Real-time Sync supports specific fields for real-time updates. For example, some Real-time Sync connections support only **Quantity updates**.
* **The selected template has limited field support** – Each template may provide a different set of supported fields for matching and updating products.
