Woocommerce store (Real time quantity sync)
Requirements
Woocommerce Store (Real-Time Quantity Sync) pulls the quantity from a main Woocommerce, Bigcommerce or Shopify store and updates it instantly in another store (sub-store). It keeps inventory aligned without manual updates.
- Main store installs syncX: Stock Sync (free plan is sufficient).
- Sub-store requires a paid plan for one-way sync.
- Two-way sync requires paid plans on both stores.
Setup Instructions

- In Create New Feed, select Update Existing Products in Store.
- Select Woocommerce Store (Real Time Quantity Sync) and confirm.
- Enter Woocommerce Store URL, Example: https://yourstorename.com
- Then, enter the API consumer Key and Secret from Woocommerce store.
- Proceed to Matching Column (Step 2) — fields are auto-mapped.
- Click Next until the feed details page. Then activate the feed via click on activate real-time sync.
Alternative Connection (Non–Real‑Time)
If the WooCommerce store cannot install the Stock Sync plugin, you may use the WooCommerce connection method instead. This method supports scheduled syncs (minimum interval: 1 hour) but does not provide real‑time updates. It is suitable for large catalogs or stores where plugin installation is not possible.
Syncing Multiple WooCommerce Stores
To sync inventory across more than one WooCommerce store:
- Install syncX: Stock Sync on every WooCommerce store involved.
- Choose one store as the main store or set up multiple one‑way/two‑way sync pairs.
- Create a separate Real‑Time Quantity Sync feed for each store-to-store connection.
- Each sub‑store requires a paid plan, and two‑way sync requires paid plans on both stores.
