Why email process only runs at a certain time period?

The email connection method is set to run every X hours according to the monthly subscription plan.

  • Basic Plan - process every 24 hours
  • Pro Plan - process every 6 hours
  • Enterprise Plan - process every 4 hours


To know the waiting period, can refer to the feed detail page (below image). When it's reached time, the email will be in a queue.
