I keep getting the error: "Invalid file. Please contact support"

Stock Sync couldn't detect the file that was set up for those feeds. Therefore, it meant Stock Sync could not access the file that you specified.


  • The source that connecting to doesn't have any inventory file or is invalid.
  • This error mostly happens in online files, which the system couldn't detect with given detail.


  • Please make sure that the file is correct.
  • Required to check on their end before setting up the connection, whether able to retrieve the inventory data.
  • Request the required supplier to give correct details of the link, path, and filename.
  • Please contact support@stock-sync.com so that they can take a look at this issue and resolve it for you.
