Is Stock Sync able to preview sync without any updates?
Stock Sync allows you to preview the differences between your store data and the feed file by enabling Preview Sync on the feed details page. This feature is currently available only for Shopify.
You do not need an active subscription to run or view a Preview Sync.
To learn how Preview Sync works, follow the steps below:
- Set up the feed according to your requirements, then start the process on the feed detail page.
- Before you start the process, please make sure that you have selected the preview sync option to run process. Here's how it works in different feeds:

Add Feed | Check the credits required before adding the supplier. | Download the change log from Preview Sync to view the total number of products and credits required. |
Update Feed | Preview updates without making changes to your store, and view stock alerts when the out-of-stock strategy is enabled. | Download the change log to view quantity updates and the low stock report for unmatched variants turn to zero. |
Remove Feed | Preview updates without making changes to your store, and view stock alerts when the out-of-stock strategy is enabled. | Download the change log to see which products or variants will be removed. |
- Please confirm the message to run the process. After running the process, compare the store and feed in the changes log. To access the log, click View More > Change Logs
