How to schedule or automate the feeds in syncX: Stock Sync?

After setting up your feeds, automate or schedule them on the feed detail page by clicking Set automation. This excludes "Upload File" connections.

If your store has many feeds with scheduling enabled, it's highly recommended to set specific start and end times for each feed instead of leaving them all to run at the same time.

||| ⚡ Optimize performance and ensure smooth operations

For the schedule, we will use the Traffic Indicator to identify busy and less busy time slots before scheduling. Green for low traffic and fast execution; yellow for moderate traffic and execution; and red for high traffic and slower execution, which will take time to execute.

Activate the schedule by clicking Set automation and customizing your automation settings. Each feed can have its own independent schedule, and you may set different automation times for different feeds. Several automation options are available.

Choose your preferred Schedule Frequency and Time. Example:

Set your preferred timezone under Manage Account > Language and Timezone to ensure the feed runs accordingly.

Note: The minimum sync frequency available depends on your subscription plan. Some plans allow syncing as frequently as every 1 hour.

Important: Automation is not available for feeds using the Manual Upload connection. To enable scheduling, choose any other supported connection method (e.g., URL, FTP, SFTP, API).
