Use the highest quantity value when the same SKU is detected across multiple feeds in Stock Sync.

If the same SKU exists in multiple supplier feeds, you can configure Stock Sync to use the highest available quantity instead of the quantity from the most recently updated feed. This is useful when sourcing the same product from multiple suppliers.

By default, Stock Sync uses the quantity from the latest updated feed.

How to enable the highest quantity feature

  1. Go to Profile from the navigation bar.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Locate the Highest Quantity Value option.
  4. Contact our executive team to have this feature enabled for your account.

How It Works

Once the feature is enabled:

  • If the same SKU is found in multiple feeds, Stock Sync compares the inventory quantities from each feed.
  • The system automatically selects the highest quantity available for that SKU.
  • This quantity is then used during the sync process.

View the Activity Log

To review how the highest quantity was determined:

  1. Open the Feed Details page.
  2. Go to the Activity Log section.
  3. The log will indicate when the Highest Quantity Value was applied.
  4. Click More to see the detailed activity log for that feed.
