Auto publish or hide and archive products
This option will be shown in the Advanced Settings (Step 4) of the Update Product feed. If the Published field is mapped, auto-publish and hide will be disabled. To enable it, you need to remove the Published field from the Matching Column (Step 2).
This feature will help you to unpublish or archive when the stock level or quantity is zero. Moreover, it's also able to publish live when its restock or stock comes back. For this feature, Track quantity needs to be enabled. You can find this option in Stock Sync too, it is under the Quantity > Smart setting.
It only publishes the product for the variant quantity more than zero.
(a) No action: Don't make any changes
For example: If don't want to make any changes to publish the products you can select this as no changes.
(b) Matching products within a feed file: Auto publish all the matching products within the feed file but the variant quantity should be more than zero.
For example: Products will be automatically published if the quantity feed is greater than zero. For example, if a supplier updates the feed with five products having a quantity greater than zero, those five products will be published.
(c) All filtered products in store: Auto publishes all products in store which applied with filter if any one of the variants has a quantity of more than zero.
For example: To publish only two updated products, filter for those products and select all filtered products. Then, only those two products will be published to the selected sales channel.

(d) Manage sales channel: You can manage it by selecting which sales channel you would like to publish.
For example: You have two sales channels, TikTok and an online store. If you would like to enable the publish option for one of the sales channels, you can use this option to select it.
It archives the product, when all variant quantities are zero in all locations, and the continued selling out of stock is disabled.
