Export to Google Sheets connection method

For the Export to Google Sheets connection method, follow the steps outlined below.


  1. In the Source Host section, paste the link to your Google Sheet where the inventory details will be exported. For example, the link will be https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/.....

Entire Sheet Grant Permission


To protect your entire sheets, please grant access to stock-sync@appspot.gserviceaccount.com as Editor.



Specific Sheet Grant Permission


To protect your specific sheet, please grant access to stock-sync@appspot.gserviceaccount.com as Editor.


  1. Enabling Replace all is defined will clear the google sheet before writing. By default, it is disabled and will not clear the sheet.
  2. By default Create new line is enabled and the new products will be appended as well as updating the existing product. Ensure that Create new line always enabled before Starting the Process.
  3. In the Matching Column section of Step 2, column index of numbers and letters are supported for export feed, and NOT column names. Please ensure that using column index (1,2,3... or A,B,C...) instead of column name.



Troubleshooting: Sheet Empty After Export


If the export feed runs but the Google Sheet remains empty, please ensure you have granted write (Editor) permission to stock-sync@appspot.gserviceaccount.com. Without write access, the export feed cannot fill in quantity or price data.
