Product Date Creation Field

Export the exact creation date of your products directly from your store database. This feature helps you track product age, generate inventory creation reports, and sync product timestamps to external sales channels.

How to Set Up Product Creation Date Export

Go to App → Export Feeds → Step 2: Matching Column

Add More Field: Click Add more field to add a new export field row.
Select Field: Choose Product Creation Date from the Stock Sync field dropdown list.
Set Column Header: Enter your desired column header name for the output file.
Save Feed: Click Save to save your mapping configuration.

Make sure your file format supports date and timestamp formatting.

Key Rules & Technical Details

Timestamp Source: The Product Creation Date field pulls the original creation timestamp generated by your store platform when the product was created.
Export Feed Restricted: This field is available exclusively for Export feeds and cannot be used with Add or Update feeds.

Troubleshooting Steps

Issue: Product Creation Date column is missing in the exported file → Solution: Ensure you have saved the field mapping under Step 2: Matching Column before running the export.
