Shopify SKU Sharing

This feature is available only on Shopify.

Shopify SKU Sharing connection helps to sync real time quantity from one location to another within a store, ensuring your stock levels are always synchronized.

  • No feed file or external source is required
  • All changes are configured directly in the Step 2: Matching Column

  1. Go to Create new feed > Choose Shopify SKU Sharing.
  2. Select the source location you would like to sync quantity from the dropdown.
  3. Proceed to Step 2: Matching Column section, where the fields are pre-filled. In the quantity field's smart settings, select the location you want to update from the source location.

Important Notes:

  • Stock Sync can only update a Shopify location if that location has been activated in Shopify with inventory tracking enabled.
  • If a location is not activated for a product, Stock Sync will not update its quantity and will not automatically activate that location.
  • Ensure each product has the correct Shopify locations enabled to allow updates.
  • If needed, you may configure a fallback to the store’s main location using the settings described in the Quantity Field documentation.
  • If the destination location does not exist on a product, ensure Auto‑add location is enabled and that Track quantity is turned on in Shopify; otherwise, quantities will not update.
  • Real‑time sync only updates products whose quantities change after the feed is activated; previous quantity values will not retroactively sync.
  • To sync multiple locations within the same Shopify store, you must create a separate feed for each target location, with each feed pointing to its specific update location.
  • Real-time quantity sync updates the destination location only when there is movement at the source location. There is no separate notification for initial sync; you can review sync logs to confirm updates.
