Status Field

Before set it as active or draft, ensure that the products have been published. If the Status field is mapped, it will override the auto-publish setting in Advanced Setting (Step 4) add feed, so you need to unmap the Status field if want to use auto-publish.



There are a few settings for this field which are:

1. Active indicator



This field will help set the products as active. The indicator value can be as true, TRUE, 1, false, FALSE, or anything. 



For example: Can input any of the value indicators from the feed file for the active. In the above image feed file example, used TRUE as an indicator of active.

2. Draft indicator



This field will help set the products as drafts. The indicator value can be as true, TRUE, 1, false, FALSE, or anything.



For example: Can input any of the value indicators from your feed file for the draft. In the above image feed file example, used FALSE as an indicator of draft.

3. Archived indicator



This field will help set the products as archived. The indicator value can be 0, false, FALSE, or anything.



For example: Can input any of the value indicators from your feed file for the archived. In the above image feed file example, used 0 as an indicator of archived.

If the feed file does not contain the necessary column for status and you wish to apply a fixed value for all your products, you can select the Fixed Value option. You can then select either Active, Draft, or Archived as per your preference.

If you want to set the status, choose Active, and if you want to disable it, select Draft to make it Archived can set it as Archived
