syncX Full Suite Integration

The syncX Suite provides an end-to-end workflow for supported suppliers. Once you've created a supplier template in Stock Sync, you can seamlessly continue with Order Export and Fulfill Tracking to automate your entire order process.

For this example, we'll use Turn 14, but the same workflow applies to other supported suppliers, such as Wholecell.

1. In Stock Sync, create a supplier template (e.g., Turn 14).
2. Once the template is created, open the Feed Details page.
3. Here, you'll find the Start free 14-days trial option.
4. Click Start free 14-days trial to install and configure the Order Export app.
5. After installation, the app automatically creates an Order Export template for your selected supplier.
6. This template allows your Shopify orders to be exported directly to the supplier.
7. Once the Order Export template is set up, you'll see the Start free 14-days trial option.
8. Click Fulfill Tracking to install and configure the Fulfill Tracking app.
9. The app automatically creates a Fulfill Tracking template for the same supplier, enabling tracking numbers and fulfillment status to sync back to Shopify.
