Alternate method to purchase credits

If you encounter any issues purchasing credits for a development store or an unpublished store, try the following method:

To purchase the credits from 500, you can access the payment page by here

Choose the quantity of credits you want to purchase. Below are examples of credits for the specific amount.





To purchase the credits from 10,000, you can access the payment page by here

Choose the quantity of credits you want to purchase. Below are examples of credits for the specific amount. 






Fill in the required field in the email and Stock Sync Public Token.

Please fill up your store public token its not supplier's token.


How do you get the Stock Sync Public Token?

The public token is where you can find an Account > Advance, as shown in the screenshot below. It acted as a key to a Stock Sync profile.




Then, we can proceed with the Payment method to continue the purchase.
