File encoding issue in Stock Sync

Each file has a different file encoding even if they look alike. By default, the file encoding in Stock Sync is set to Auto.

Stock Sync will use the lowest encoding. If ever face a file encoding issue, please follow the steps below:

Identify your file encoding with https://abctool.info/check-encoding/en/.
After the file is uploaded, the file encoding will be displayed.
Navigate Feed Manager > Step 1 > File encoding and choose the from the list provided.
Rerun the feed
