How can I handle my plan once I've installed Stock Sync?

If you only want to Add New Products, we suggest purchasing the credits



  • For adding new products to Shopify, one credit is used per product added successfully using the Add New Products feed (marked yellow).
  • You have the option to purchase small, large, or special volumes.
  • Each product with multiple variants is considered as one credit.



If you only want to Update existing Products , we suggest to have monthly subscription



  • For update existing products from Shopify, you can use the monthly subscription to select the plan accordingly.
  • You also can customize your plan as you need.


Changing or subscribing to a different plan


If your store needs to switch between different billing versions (for example, moving from V5 to V6 or vice‑versa), you must first downgrade to the Free plan. Once downgraded, support can switch the billing version, after which you may subscribe again to the desired plan.


To switch to another Stock Sync plan, go to the Billing Page inside the app: https://app.stock-sync.com/billing/subscription. From there, you can select and subscribe to a new plan such as the Micro, Basic, or Pro tiers depending on your needs.


To downgrade to the Free plan, simply open the same Billing Page and choose the Free plan option. The downgrade will take effect immediately, and future charges will stop unless you upgrade again.


Note: The Free plan is only suitable for stores with a low number of products. If your store exceeds the Free plan limits, you will not be able to remain on the Free plan even if selected.
