How does syncX: Stock Sync pricing and billing work?

1. Credits (For Adding New Products)

- Use the "Add New Products" feed (highlighted in yellow) to add new products.
- 1 credit = 1 successfully added product.
- The number of available credits is displayed on the Feed Detail page.
- If a product addition encounters an issue, you can revert it, and the credits will be restored for reuse.
- Imported products will remain in your store even if the Stock Sync app is uninstalled.
- Credits start at just $0.01 per credit.
2. Monthly plan (For Continuous Product Updates & Export)


- Update Existing Products feed (marked purple) updates inventory quantities, prices and, etc.
- Matches existing variants based on SKU or barcode and updates them automatically.
- Export products feed (marked green) export to other destinations.
- No credits are required for the updates and everything is covered under the monthly plan.
Additional details about monthly plans:
- The plan is based on how many update feeds you need, the total number of products included, and how often the feed should run.
- Scheduling automation allows updates to run automatically.
- The highest update frequency available is every 1 hour.
