How to Undo Added Product(s) by Stock Sync?
- Stock Sync allows to Undo the products from the latest activity of your Add Product feed.
- Find the Undo button in the activity log of the feed which will be next to the total products added.

- Once click on the Undo button, it will process to undo the products from your store. If there are many products that need to undo, it will take some time to finish the process. Undo the added products will be returned the credits back.
- If couldn't find the Undo button next to your latest activity log, it means has already been Undo. The image below is showing once done undo

If the Undo option is no longer available or the products were already deleted, credits cannot be automatically restored. In such cases, contact support with the number of credits used so they can assist with a manual refund.
Additional notes:
- If you leave the page while the undo process is running, the undo action will continue in the background. Once complete, the products should still be removed.
- If a feed was accidentally imported with wrong products, support can revert the latest import on your behalf if the undo button is no longer available.
- Credits are only returned when using the Undo option. Deleting products directly from Shopify will not restore credits.
- Unused credits can be refunded upon request, but credits already used for product imports require undoing the latest activity to be returned.
