I keep getting the error: "all variant's product identifier are blank"

When adding new products to Stock Sync, it's important to ensure that the product identifier column provided. If not there will be error occur when adding the products.

Common Issue:



This error occurs when the product identifier column is empty or not mapped correctly in your feed file, leading to import issues. This error will be recorded in the Changes Log file with a message similar to:



all variant's product identifier are blank

Solution:



Check Feed File: Ensure the product identifier (SKU, barcode, etc.) is present and filled for all variants.

Map Correctly: Verify the correct column is mapped as the product identifier in Stock Sync.
