I keep getting the error: "Connection fail. Please check Source Host. "

Based on the above image shows an error after running the feed, which has problems with connecting the source URL. This shows that Stock Sync could not connect to the source set up.

Reason

The IP address was not specified correctly.
The source HOST might be wrong.


Solution

User is required to test the connection on their end, and whether users can make the connection work and retrieve the inventory data.
