I keep getting the error: "Connection fail. Please check Source Host. "

Based on the above image shows an error after running the feed, which has problems with connecting the source URL. This shows that Stock Sync could not connect to the source set up.
Reason
- The IP address was not specified correctly or the server requires whitelisting and Stock Sync's IP (52.20.189.51) is not whitelisted.
- The source HOST might be wrong, or the wrong protocol type was selected (FTP vs FTPS vs SFTP). Ensure the hostname does not include http://, https://, or any folder paths — it should only be the server address (e.g., ftp.example.com) or an IP address.
- Username or password is incorrect or missing (note: password will not display in UI).
- Directory path or filename contains a typo or does not exist on the server.
- Server rejects the connection due to firewall or security restrictions (e.g., timeout).
- In some cases, the connection may succeed, but the feed cannot be found if the file path is incorrect or the feed structure requires using a specific template (e.g., supplier‑provided formats).
Solution
- User is required to test the connection on their end, and whether users can make the connection work and retrieve the inventory data.
