I keep getting the error: " Store is empty "
Based on the above image shows an error after running the update feed, which has a problem matching the SKUs in the store. This shows that Stock Sync failed to detect any products in the store.
Reason
- The SKU is not present in the store, which affected the update feed for not detecting the same SKUs in the store. Thus, no products can be updated.
Solution
- Please add some products before running the updated product feed.
- Check the SKU in the store by comparing the SKUs in the feed file.
- Kindly ensure that no filters have been applied.
