I keep getting the error: "The product couldn't be stocked at <location> because the inventory is managed by <location>. "



This error occurs when the product stocked in fulfilment services location and the inventory is managed by the fulfillment service.

Reason

When the product is stored in fulfilment service locations, it cannot be updated through Stock Sync. You may receive an error message.

Solution

To resolve this issue, you should change the inventory location to a standard location instead of a fulfillment service location. Stock Sync does not support fulfillment service locations and cannot update inventory from those locations. You can choose any other location to update your stock.
