I keep getting the error: "The variant Default Title already exists."

Reason:

This error means that variant option 1 has less match compared to variant option 2. In other words, Option 2 has more value than Option 1.

Solution:

Swap the field mapping of variant option 1 and variant option 2 while re-running the process.
