Limitation on the Add Process


  • Unique SKU or Barcode Requirement


Each product must have a unique SKU or Barcode. syncX: Stock Sync relies on these identifiers to manage your inventory. Products missing a SKU or Barcode will be skipped during the add process.


  • Handling Duplicate SKUs


syncX: Stock Sync will not add a product if it detects a matching SKU for an existing product to prevent duplicate inventory listings.


  • Product Image Limitations


During the product addition process, please note that there is a limit to the number of images that can be associated with a single product. To avoid upload errors, ensure that your products do not exceed this limit. You can only import 40 images for each product.
