How to Configure the Zero Quantity Alert Percentage?

You can configure a threshold to halt inventory updates when a large percentage of products are set to zero. This helps prevent accidental updates that might wipe out your inventory.

1. Go to Manage Account

• Click on Manage Account in the navigation bar.

2. Set warning threshold of Alert setting

• In the Alert setting section, adjust the percentage limit to halt the process.

3. What happens when the threshold is reached?

• The update will stop, and a warning message will be displayed.
• To prevent inventory set to zero, no updates will occur in that feed.

4. How to continue updating without warning

• Disable safety check to maintain continuous syncing, even with zero product quantities.

5. Enable notifications for alerts

• To receive zero quantity alerts, go to Notification > Zero Quantity Alert.
