Status Field

Available on: ✔️ Add ✔️ Update ✔️ ExportEnsure products are published before setting them to active or draft. If you want to use auto-publish, unmap the Status field, as it overrides the auto-publish setting in Advanced Settings (Step 4) when mapped.

There are a few settings for this field which are:

1. Active indicator

This field will help set the products as active. The indicator value can be as true, TRUE, 1, false, FALSE, or anything.

For example, you can input any value indicator from the feed file for the active. Note that the indicator is case-sensitive, so use the exact value from the feed file.

2. Draft indicator

This field will help set the products as drafts. The indicator value can be as true, TRUE, 1, false, FALSE, or anything.

For example, you can input any value indicator from the feed file for the active. Note that the indicator is case-sensitive, so use the exact value from the feed file.

3. Archived indicator

This field will help set the products as archived. The indicator value can be 0, false, FALSE, or anything.

For example, you can input any value indicator from the feed file for the archived. Note that the indicator is case-sensitive, so use the exact value from the feed file.

4. Unlisted indicator

This field will help set the products as unlisted. The indicator value can be 0, false, FALSE, or anything.

For example, you can input any value indicator from the feed file for the unlisted. Note that the indicator is case-sensitive, so use the exact value from the feed file.

If the feed file does not contain the necessary column for status and you wish to apply a fixed value for all your products, you can select the Fixed Value option. You can then select either Active, Draft, or Archived as per your preference.

Set status to Active to make it live in store ; Set status to DraftArchived, or Unlisted to disable it.
